Growize Farms Pvt. Ltd. ("Growize", "we", "us") operates managed aeroponic farms near Bangalore, Karnataka, and the website growizefarms.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the site and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Details you give us — name, phone number, email address and anything you write in a form when you schedule a site visit, ask a question or express interest in a unit.
- Usage information — standard technical data such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Google advertising tag described under Cookies below.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange farm visits.
- To share information about Growize projects you have asked about, including unit availability and onboarding steps.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
We use your details only to arrange your visit and answer your questions. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not add you to third-party marketing lists.
Sharing
Personal data is shared only with service providers who help us run the website, communications and scheduling (for example hosting and form-handling providers), with advertising and measurement providers as described under Cookies and Advertising below, under obligations of confidentiality, or where the law requires disclosure.
Retention
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for further communication at any time by writing to hello@agresearchlabs.com.
Cookies
The site uses the cookies and local storage it needs to function — for example, remembering that loading has completed once in a session.
It also loads Google’s tag (gtag.js) on every page, which we use for advertising measurement: to see which ads led to an enquiry, and to build remarketing audiences so that Google can show Growize ads to people who have already visited this site. This sets cookies in your browser and shares your interaction with the site with Google. It does not share your name, phone number, email address or anything you typed into a form.
Advertising and your choices
We advertise Growize on Google and on Meta’s platforms (Facebook and Instagram). If you reach us through an ad or through a lead form hosted on one of those platforms, the details you submit come to us and are handled exactly as set out in this policy.
You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time:
- Google — My Ad Center or Ads Settings.
- Meta — Settings → Ads → Ad preferences, inside Facebook or Instagram.
- Your browser’s own cookie controls, which block these tags outright.
Opting out stops personalised ads. It does not delete an enquiry you have already sent us — for that, write to us using the contact details below.
