Content on this site describes the Growize model, projects and expected mechanics of farm-unit ownership. It is provided for general information. It is not investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation of any regulated financial product. Figures such as water savings, yields, payout schedules and tax treatment describe how the model is designed to work; actual outcomes depend on agronomic, market and regulatory conditions, and on the agreements you sign. Tax treatment, including exemption of agricultural income under Section 10(1) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, depends on your individual circumstances — take independent advice before committing capital.

Nothing on this site creates a binding commitment by you or by Growize. Ownership of a farm unit arises only from written agreements executed after your own diligence, including a site visit where offered.
Farm visits
Site visits are hosted at working agricultural facilities and are subject to scheduling, safety instructions and supervision. Growize may decline, reschedule or end a visit at its discretion.
Intellectual property
The Growize name, logo, photographs, film and text on this site belong to Growize or its licensors. Third-party brand names and logos shown in the partners section belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify those organisations. Do not reuse site content without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site — including attempting to breach its security, scraping it at scale, or submitting false or unlawful information through forms.
Liability
